The elaboration of the wine that is carried out in the wineries of the Empordà generates some by-products that need to be managed properly in accordance with a specific regulation to avoid environmental damage mainly. This event aims to help the technical managers and managers of the different wine making companies in the Empordà so that the management, which they make of the waste, conforms to the regulations and at the same time put in value these by-products for the fertilization of the soils agricultural or other possible applications.

 

During the event, the project reWINE will be presented as an innovative initiative for the recuse of glass bottles.
