Ametller Origen promotes the reuse of bottles with reWINE
Five stores of Ametller Origin have joined the pilot test of reWINE project, which proposes to collect, clean and give a new use to the wine bottles. For each bottle of Vins Mas Argany that consumers return, they will be paid 10 cents.
As of today and until February 29, Ametller Origen adds up to thirty shops throughout Catalonia that promote the reuse of wine bottles, in the framework of reWINE project. The objective is to promote sustainable consumption and reduce the generation of waste.
The initiative is carried out with bottles of the Mas Argany wines in five establishments of Ametller Origen: three in Barcelona (in the shops of Calvet, Gran de Gracia and Rambla Poblenou), one in Sant Cugat (in Cerdanya street) and one in Vilanova i la Geltrú (in the shop on Carrer Josep Coroleu).
The way it works is very simple: consumers who buy a bottle of this wine that contains the reWINE brand can return the bottle to the establishment. For each bottle they return, they will be paid 10 cents.
In this sense, with the participation in the reWINE project, Ametller Origen is added to the campaign #CadaAmpollaImporta to sensitize consumers that reuse is more sustainable than recycling.
